The ERMOS’s (Équipe de Recherche Michel-Sarrazin en Oncologie psychosociale et Soins palliatifs) mission is to improve the quality of care for people with cancer and their families, at all stages of the care trajectory. It is the same for people receiving palliative care for diseases other than cancer and their loved ones.

The ERMOS provides leadership in research in psychosocial oncology and palliative care within the Réseau universitaire intégré de santé de l’Université Laval (RUIS-Université Laval), while maintaining its influence already recognized in Quebec, Canada and internationally.
